How much is shipping?

We deliver nationwide for P200.  Free Shipping for orders P4,000 and up.

How long does delivery take?

For Metro Manila orders, we deliver in 3-5 business days. For provincial orders, please give us up to 10 business days to deliver your order. If your package hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please email us at custserv@bananarepublic.com.ph.

How do I use a promotional or discount code?

Please enter your promo code in the "Promotions" area of your basket and click on "Apply". The promo code and the corresponding discount will appear in your basket. Please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then lose the promotion amount of the returned item.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

How do I return a product bought in bananarepublic.com.ph online shop?

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any purchased products for the following reasons:
    • Change of Size – the product you ordered does not fit you
    • Wrong/Damaged item – the product you received was not the one you ordered or the product you ordered was damaged when you received it
  • Please note that change of size can only be requested once. We will shoulder the courier/shipping back to the customer for the first exchange only.
  • Items bought that are on promo or sale will not be valid for return or exchange.
  • Items for return shall be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items for return must be in good, saleable condition, with its original packaging with original tags and box.
  • Only products purchased from this website may be returned online or in any Banana Republic Philippines Store. Please contact our customer service by email custserv@bananarepublic.com.ph to declare the items you wish to return. We will send you the necessary documents and provide instructions to facilitate your return request.
