Why is my shipment taking longer than usual?

Online deliveries have resumed! Though, in light of the situation and general community quarantine in place, customers may experience shipping delays as we are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment centers to help keep our teams safe. We thank you for understanding.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status here and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If your order is processing, we are working on it and will ship it as quickly as we can.

How can I make a return?

We have extended our return window to 30 days from when our stores reopen.

Is the store open?

Following government advice, we are pleased to announce our Greenbelt 5 store is open since May 18, 2020, store hours: 11:00AM to 9:00PM. Store will be closed on certain days. Contact Banana Republic, Greenbelt 5 for more info (0917-507-7480).

The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority, and as such we will be implementing extra steps to keep you safe when in store. 

  • Hand sanitizer will be available on entry
  • Social distancing markers will be in place throughout the store
  • We’ll have new cash wrap safety measures in place
  • In the early days, our fitting rooms are likely to be closed. We have extended our returns policy to 30 days in light of this
  • We may limit the number of people in store so you can shop confidently

      How are you keeping your distribution centers safe?

      We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our Distribution Centers. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.

      How are you taking care of your teams?

      Our priority is the safety and well-being of our teams, customers, and communities. Here’s how we’re taking care of our employees as we welcome them back to our store:

      Masks for Team Members — We will provide all sales consultatns with masks to wear during their shifts to protect each other and our customers. We will strongly encourage our customers to do the same.

      Practice social / physical distancing — We will have visual cues to guide proper distancing.

      Conduct frequent handwashing/ hand sanitizing — We are committed to promoting sanitization practices and implementing sales consultants health screenings. Sanitation stations have  been added in-store and at front doors.
