How to measure

Bust

With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Sleeve

Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across your shoulder and down your arm to the wrist.

Item on model does not match actual fit. Online workflows need improvement!

I bought the straight luxe based on how good the fit looks on the model's legs. It looks almost slim-fit but the actual item is really loose. I wish you'd paid more attention to the differences between straight, slim, and skinny, because in some photos (Luxe Traveler Jean) straight fit looks slimmer than slim-fit which is very misleading. It also did not help that STORE SPECIALISTS INC, has a very primitive process in online transactions, there was a lot of back and forth just to get them to approve the return of an item, and once they did, they sent me to LBC where I got denied because their account was inactive. Eventually, they decided to book a pick-up service to get the item back. As of the moment, the refund has not been posted on my card yet, and I feel that I need to do a follow up. In comparison, I've bought and returned items from Mango, I've only needed to print one return waybill, waited 3 days and got the refund on my card, unlike SSI's Banana Republic, I don't even need to contact their support..
